Whole 30 On the Go
You’re at work, you’re STARVING and you need to find something whole 30 approved to eat!
Situations like this can cause you to call it quits. That’s why your “emergency stash” is so important.
Every morning before I leave the house I make sure I have a few of these items in my bag.
A Bar
The RX bar and Lara are my go tos! Remember to double check ingredients. Peanuts and vanilla extract are a no no on Whole 30
I love the cashew cookie Lara bar and the banana walnut and blueberry RX bar
Nuts
Raw almonds is a great snack. At Trader Joe’s they have individual packs of raw almonds called just a handful. That makes on the go so easy.
I also love cashews but check the label to make sure no soybean oil.
Meat sticK
The chomp sticks are a great source of protein on the go.
